Call of Duty: World at War (CoD5)
With the release of CoD: Modern Warfare 2, this article is now out of date and will no longer be updated.

"The dogs hunger for the flesh of our enemies!"

WaW is basically the same game as CoD4 but with different maps and weapons and during a different era. The gameplay mechanics are nearly identical. Game reviewers are quick to label this as a title that "lacks innovation", and they also commonly point out the fact that there are an absurd number of WWII games on the market (which is true). But a new title in the CoD series doesn't necessarily need a bunch of new gameplay features in order to be good. My point in saying all of this is that CoD:WaW is a much better game than gamers and reviewers give it credit for.

As for my class setups in WaW: I am a big fan of bayonets. DerangedTaco + M1 Grande + Bayonet = Bad news for the other team. I also like employing a stealth class setup (like in CoD4) which is usually composed of a suppressed StG 44, P1: Bandolier, P2: Camouflage, and P3: Extreme Conditioning. Flanking the other team with a silent class setup is by far the easiest way to get kills in any CoD game.
